  This workout is all about working on side at a time.
It’s meant to be a complete workout, but also to give you many ideas for programming.
The exercise range from beginner to intermediate.
The springs are suggested and may need to be changed depending on the client’s strengths and goals

  The swiss ball workout consists of a warm-up, followed by 4 sets of exercises and finishes with a cool down.
If each set of exercises is completed one time the workout is about 20 minutes.
You can repeat each set 2 or 3 times, making the workout 40-60 minutes in length respectively.
Using elements from traditional fitness and pilates moves, this is perfect full body workout.

  This workout is a fun marriage of the fitness and pilates worlds.
The Chair is an awesome piece of equipment.
You will see some traditional pilates chair exercises, plus a unique take on these exercises and also exercises that have been taken from more traditional fitness.
This is an intermediate/ advanced workout. All muscle group are worked during this program.

  This workout is great for any athlete, but has been designed specifically with triathletes in mind.
It’s a complete workout with 39 exercises, but also can be used for programming ideas. The exercises range from beginner to advanced.
You will need a pilates reformer and a reformer box. A platform extender is also recommended.
I’m utilizing the pulley system on the v2 max plus reformer(but you can use the regular reformer pulleys if you don’t have one) I am also using leg springs on the tower as well as the push thru bar,
but you can use a spring wall or a Cadillac for this section. Finally, I am using a split pedal stability chair for the last section.
